In short, we’re a place where Black women come first.
ThriveIN is a multi-channeled community and organization dedicated to equipping Black Gen Z and millennial women with the tools, resources, networks and transformational access needed to “ThriveIN” the workplace and beyond, while also helping companies build truly inclusive workplaces where Black women and women of color are seen, supported and valued. We understand the disproportionate setbacks Black women, and other marginalized groups of women, encounter on a daily basis. That’s why we are unapologetic advocates for the professional development, career advancement, economic growth and overall wellness of Black women in and out of the workplace.
Through innovative programming, strategic partnerships, self-affirming networks, unprecedented access to jobs, resources and mentorship — all topped with a little #BlackGirlMagic, we exist to ensure Black women are poised and positioned to “ThriveIN” their passions. With us, there is never “only one” at the table or in the room because here, every woman thrives.
Our Mission
To champion the professional and personal advancement, and financial freedom of Black GenZennial women, providing transformational access and opportunities that directly and positively impact the number of Black female leaders and business owners, along with enhancing the overall quality of life for Black women.

ACCESS – While Black women may make it look easy, we know it’s not. We strive to create convenient and consistent access to information and opportunities that move Black women forward in their careers, communities and life.
EQUITY & INCLUSION – Being at the table isn’t enough. We value a world where Black women are seen, heard and provided equal representation in all areas of life.
ADVANCEMENT – We’re creating a world where Black women are continuously moving forward professionally and personally.
WELLNESS – We believe in balance — work hard but also take care of yourself. Here, we put people, not just careers, first.
