Welcome to our ‘WorkSpace’

WHAT IS WORKSPACE?

WorkSpace is ThriveIN’s leadership accelerator program equipping Black emerging female leaders with the vital resources, access, tribe of support and glass-breaking confidence needed to advance and accelerate their careers.

Through interactive, thought leader-led sessions, career coaching, workshops and a tribe of support, we’re redefining how Black women work, applying pressure and results-driven strategies for the torch-bearers of now and next to unapologetically thrive in their careers. A few things to know:

  • WorkSpace sessions are in-person and occur 1x a month, April to December. To ensure you get the most out of your WorkSpace experience, we encourage participants to attend as many sessions as possible.

  • All sessions include food and wine, a healthy amount of wine.

  • Registration is $500 and is first-come, first-served.

  • Black Gen Z and millennial women (and those identifying as women) ready to level up their professional and personal life.

  • Mid-level managers and emerging corporate leaders (basically bosses and soon-to-be bosses)

  • Entrepreneurs and side hustlers

  • Professionals looking to grow in leadership, tactical analysis, decision-making, confidence, relationship-building and effective communication
