WHAT IS WORKSPACE?

WorkSpace is a one-of-a-kind, 8-month professional development and leadership program equipping Black millennial emerging female leaders in Central Ohio with the vital resources, access, tribe of support and glass-breaking confidence needed to advance and accelerate their careers.

Through interactive, thought leader-led sessions, career coaching, workshops and a tribe of support, we’re redefining how Black women work, applying pressure and results-driven strategies for the torch-bearers of now and next to unapologetically thrive in their careers.
